We meet in person
First by phone or directly with us: We get to know each other and learn more about your skills and wishes. If you come from far away, we will pay your travel costs.

We have a second interview
If we have the feeling that you are a good fit for us, there will be a second interview. For an authentic impression of us, you can already get to know potential colleagues here.
4.
We make a decision
After the second interview, things usually move very quickly: after a week at the latest, we'll let you know if you're on board.

It's a match! Welcome to AKRA
Have we convinced you too? Then we'll make you a contract offer - and you'll sign it. You'll also learn everything you need to know for your first day.

Onboarding
